ICRC suspends work in Afghanistan over slain aid workers

The International Red Cross and Red Crescent has partially suspended work in Afghanistan after six of its staff were shot dead.

The convoy of eight workers was travelling in an area considered safe in Jowzjan province when they were attacked by unidentified gunmen.
